EduTeach works hard to provide meaningful and fair terms and conditions. It is intended that those set out below give transparancy and clarity should any difficulties arise and that all parties can work to ensure the smooth running of workshops.
All applications are subject to availability and confirmation by EduTeach. If confirmation has not been received prior to an event, schools/delegates are advised to contact EduTeach direct.
All cancellations must be in writing (post or email) and received no less than five working days before an event. There is no charge for cancelling more than five days before. Cancellations less than five days before or failure to attend for whatever reason results in charges at full cost.
Payment to be made by cheque or BACS (account details on enquiry). Payment required within 28 days of invoice dates. Where payment is not received EduTeach will seek to recover invoice cost by contacting the school direct in the first instance. In the unlikely event that this is unsuccessful or there is a significant delay in payment then a final demand may be issued and legal proceedings sought.
No refunds are given except where an event is cancelled outright.
